100% estate grown, produced and bottled. A lightly fruit-forward like 'Pinot Noir with a hint of baking spices. Blackberry, blueberry, and currant in the mid-palette with a long silky finish and a light grip.
Starbird Rose' of Cabernet Sauvignon-2023
Cold soaked and left on the skins to achieve a vibrant hue and flavorful Rose'. It provides delicious baked strawberry and blueberry notes with a dry finish. Enjoy all year long and especially on a warm Spring or Summer afternoon!
'Bella' Tempranillo - 2022
Gold medal winning 100% Tempranillo aged 24 months in new, 1 year, and neutral French oak barrels. Medium bodied, soft and silky end to end. Hints of spice, cherries, and tobacco leaf. Enjoy all day long!

Silky Smooth 5150
Great nose, vibrant, light, elegant, spice, red & dark fruit...long finish which is good. Feels like it is true to its place (&) doesn't drink like a Cabernet. Silky smooth. If this Cab played for the Warriors it would be Wiggs AKA Maple Jordan! (Ben Sanders, SW&S, June 2021)
