A deep garnet colored wine that exudes aromas of dark fruit and oak. Silky with abundant raspberry, blackberry, and black cherry fruit with hints of black plum and black currant. It finishes long and smoothly with a mild tannin grip of berry compote.

Harvested early for a lighter and crisper
expression of the fruit. On the nose, it brings aromas of watermelon, green apple, strawberry, and raspberry. Initially fills your mouth with similar notes, adding white peach and kiwi. Our Starbird finishes with the minerality of cold stone and Kumamoto oyster.

Silky Smooth 5150
Great nose, vibrant, light, elegant, spice, red & dark fruit...long finish which is good. Feels like it is true to its place (&) doesn't drink like a Cabernet. Silky smooth. If this Cab played for the Warriors it would be Wiggs AKA Maple Jordan! (Ben Sanders, SW&S, June 2021)
